Can someone please just take the Jackson County Courthouse’s flag away until someone works there that knows how to display it properly?

Seriously, this is getting ridiculous. After this and this and this it’s clear they haven’t a clue about showing proper respect for the Flag.
And now they’re at it again. Pearl Harbor Day was a week ago. And when December 8 arrived, everyone else paid attention and raised their flags back to full glory. But not the Jackson County Courthouse. They simply forgot all about it and are reliving Pearl Harbor day after day after day.
