Perhaps they should have invested in a revolving door policy...
For about the past month, this sign has graced a revolving door in the lobby of the building I work in.
This leaves me wondering: how does something with only one moving part become "out of order", and stay out of order for so long?
Shouldn't be that hard to narrow down where the problem might be. :)

I've been puzzled by this as well.
When they first shut off the door, it was wrapped in 3 different types warning tape. Made it look like someone had died in the door.
